You may return items within 14 days of receiving them.

Conditions:

• 1. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging.

• 2. Return shipping cost is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• 3. We currently only accept returns from UK addresses.

How to

Return:Emailvellin@vellin.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions. Refunds (excluding shipping) will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the item.
