You may return items within 14 days of receiving them.

Conditions:

• 1. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging.

• 2. For Fascinators , the Vellin hang tag must remain attached.

• 3. We currently only accept returns from UK addresses.

Please complete the returns sheet included with your order, and use the prepaid return label to send your item back.

Refunds (excluding original shipping costs) will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item
